Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers

Deliciously creamy and spicy, these Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers are the perfect appetizer that balances heat with sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medium Jalapeños
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 4 slices Bacon (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise, removing seeds as desired.
  3. Fill each half generously with slices of Brie cheese.
  4. Add a few juicy blueberries on top of the Brie filling.
  5. Place a small piece of crispy bacon atop each stuffed jalapeño (if using).
  6. Drizzle honey over each popper and brush with olive oil.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These poppers can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge until ready to bake.
