Blackened Chicken with Creamy Garlic Pasta That Delights!

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  6. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and add to the sauce.
