- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
