  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
