Berry Caprese Salad

A delightful twist on the classic Italian salad featuring juicy strawberries, blueberries, and tangy raspberries with creamy mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini or Burrata)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the mixed berries and fresh mozzarella balls in a large bowl.
  2. Tear the fresh basil leaves by hand and add them to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss gently to combine without crushing the ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately as a refreshing side dish.
