  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 Onion, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they will cook evenly.
  2. Create the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, blend together BBQ sauce and teriyaki sauce until well combined.
  3. Season and Marinate: Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper, mixing to ensure everything is well-seasoned. Add them to the marinade and toss to coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and onion pieces onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the Kabobs: Place the skewers on the grill, cooking for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Remove the kabobs from the grill and serve hot.

Notes

Marinate chicken the night before for optimal flavor. This dish can also be prepared in an air fryer or oven if grilling isn’t an option.
