- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and brown on both sides.
- Pour in the chicken broth and BBQ sauce, then cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the skillet and mix with the sauce.
- Serve on buns or as desired.
