  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and brown on both sides.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and BBQ sauce, then cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  6. Return the shredded chicken to the skillet and mix with the sauce.
