Balsamic Steak Gorgonzola Salad with Grilled Corn

A vibrant salad featuring juicy marinated steak, tangy gorgonzola, and sweet grilled corn, all drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Juicy Marinated Steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 ear Grilled Corn, kernels sliced off
  • 4 cups Crisp Greens (mixed salad greens or baby spinach)
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Glaze
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and pepper. Coat the steak thoroughly and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill: Get your grill hot—about medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, then let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Grill the corn: While the steak rests, place the corn on the grill and rotate until charred and tender, about 10 minutes. Slice the kernels off the cob.
  4. Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced steak, grilled corn, and crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss gently to combine all the flavors.
  6. Serve immediately for best taste.

Notes

Marinate the steak overnight for maximum flavor. Customize with seasonal fruits or nuts for added taste and texture.
