Balsamic Baked Chicken Breast

A succulent chicken breast marinated in balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic, baked to perfection for a delightful culinary experience.

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

Marinate the chicken overnight for deeper flavor. You can also use an air fryer at 375°F for quicker cooking.
