Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Indulge in the rich flavors of creamy Alfredo sauce combined with crispy bacon and savory ground beef in this decadent pasta dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped vegetables (like bell peppers or mushrooms)
  • Optional: extra cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the pasta. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, making sure to reserve a bit of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Once the beef is ready, add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Stir well to combine, ensuring that the flavors meld magnificently.
  4. Pour in the creamy Alfredo sauce, stirring to cover the pasta and meat evenly.
  5. Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese, watching as they melt into the sauce, creating a luscious, cheesy coating.
  6. If desired, fold in chopped vegetables and let them cook until tender.
  7. Serve hot, topped with extra cheese if you’re feeling indulgent.

Notes

Prep pasta and bacon ahead of time for quicker assembly when serving. Consider using an air fryer for a less messy bacon preparation.
