Apple & Goat Cheese Croissant Sandwich

  • 2 Croissants
  • 1 Medium Apple, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese, Softened
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • Fresh Arugula (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Mix the goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Layer the apple slices over the cheese mixture, and add arugula if using.
  6. Complete the sandwich by placing the top half of the croissant on.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until warmed through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
