Apple Cider Sangria

A vibrant blend of crisp apples, juicy oranges, and warming spices mixed in white wine and apple cider, perfect for fall festivities.

  • 1 bottle of white wine (such as Pinot Grigio)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine the Base: In a large pitcher, pour in the bottle of chilled white wine, 2 cups of refreshing apple cider, and ½ cup of rich brandy. Stir gently to combine this beautiful blend of flavors.
  2. Add the Fruits: Gently stir in the sliced apple and orange.
  3. Infuse with Spice: Toss in a cinnamon stick.
  4. Chill Out: Cover your pitcher and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
  5. Final Touch: Just before serving, pour in 1 cup of ginger ale for a bubbly finish and stir gently.

Notes

For a make-ahead option, prepare up to a day in advance, but wait to add ginger ale until right before serving.
