  • 1 cup of fresh or dried cranberries
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the bread cubes, white chocolate chips, and cranberries to the mixture, stirring to combine.
