  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Cheese (sharp cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cups Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop your choice of vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the chopped vegetables with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange a base layer with the seasoned vegetables in a baking dish.
  5. Top with Greek yogurt and sprinkle cheese over the top.
