Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the cubed French bread to the mixture and gently fold until the bread is well coated.
