  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (or sliced ribeye/sirloin)
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup Onions (yellow or red)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, browning until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and add onions and bell peppers; cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Mix almond flour, shredded cheese, and eggs in a bowl until a thick dough forms.
  4. Create even portions of dough, flattening each into a rectangle for the filling.
