  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  6. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
