Sweet & Spicy Ramen Noodle Stir Fry You’ll Love Tonight!

A delicious and quick stir fry featuring ramen noodles with a sweet and spicy sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over the top.
  7. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite protein such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
  • Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
  • This dish can be made in under 30 minutes.
