- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Add garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over the top.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite protein such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- This dish can be made in under 30 minutes.
