Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 head of butter lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add diced bell peppers and green onions, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves and enjoy!

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or water chestnuts for extra crunch.
