Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a separate chilled bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  4. Lay a pancake flat on a clean surface.
