Instructions

  1. Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and milk until completely smooth.
  2. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract using a spatula.
  3. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread roughly a quarter of the cheesecake mixture evenly across the center.
  4. Add Strawberries: Place a few strawberry slices on top of the cheesecake mixture, followed by a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
  5. Roll It Up: Roll the tortilla tightly, making sure to tuck in the ends as you go.
