  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with half of the cheddar and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
