Heavenly Steak Bites

Tender morsels of steak infused with buttery richness and aromatic garlic, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme), for garnish
  • Optional: mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak: Cut your choice of steak into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the skillet: Place a heavy skillet over high heat until hot.
  3. Melt the butter: Add butter once the skillet is hot, let it foam.
  4. Sear the steak: Add steak pieces in a single layer, sizzle for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook: Use tongs to flip, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add garlic: Toss in minced garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Rest the steak: Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve & garnish: Plate over mashed potatoes, rice, or veggies, and garnish with herbs.

Notes

Marinate steak in advance for enhanced flavor. Avoid overcrowding the skillet to achieve a good sear.
