Steak and Cheese Quesadillas

Indulge in crispy tortillas filled with savory steak, melted cheese, and caramelized vegetables for a satisfying meal.

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 4 tortillas (flour or corn)
  • ½ onion (sliced)
  • ½ bell pepper (sliced)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, steak, onions, and bell peppers; sauté until steak is browned and veggies are tender.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheese on one half, layer with steak mixture, and top with remaining cheese. Fold tortilla.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy, pressing down with a spatula.
  4. Transfer to a cutting board, slice into wedges, garnish with cilantro, and serve warm.

Notes
