- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 can of white frosting
- Red food coloring
- Chocolate chips
- Green candy melts
- Black icing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Once cooled, frost each cupcake with white frosting.
- Use red food coloring to create veins on the frosting.
- Place a chocolate chip in the center of each cupcake to represent the pupil.
- Melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the chocolate chip to create an eyeball effect.
- Use black icing to add a small dot in the center of the chocolate chip.
