  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing the cooked beef on the tortillas, then topping with shredded cabbage, green onions, and cilantro.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
