A delightful stir-fry of ground beef and linguine infused with garlic, ginger, and a sweet-spicy sauce, bringing vibrant flavors to your table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 4 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Beef Broth
  • 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 10 oz Linguine
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and salt generously. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about a minute.
  4. Add chopped green onions and cook for an additional minute.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, brown sugar, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring gently to coat the beef. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened, adding water if necessary.
  7. Fold in the cooked linguine, ensuring the noodles soak up the sauce. Serve hot.

Notes

For lighter meal options, substitute ground turkey or chicken. For gluten-free, use zucchini noodles instead of linguine.
