Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in flour and ground cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon for coating.
  6. Roll each truffle in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  7. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
