Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
