Slow Cooker Sausage, Potatoes & Green Beans Made Easy!

A simple and hearty dish made with sausage, potatoes, and green beans, cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of sausage
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the potatoes.
  3. Slice the sausage and layer it over the vegetables.
  4. Add the green beans on top of the sausage.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
  6. Pour the chicken broth over everything in the slow cooker.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  8. Stir before serving and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to use any type of sausage you prefer.
  • For a spicier dish, consider using spicy sausage.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
