Slow Cooker Sausage, Potatoes & Green Beans Made Easy!

- 1 pound of sausage
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- Place the diced potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the potatoes.
- Slice the sausage and layer it over the vegetables.
- Add the green beans on top of the sausage.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
- Pour the chicken broth over everything in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir before serving and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to use any type of sausage you prefer.
- For a spicier dish, consider using spicy sausage.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
