Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken & Mushroom Bake You’ll Love!

A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe featuring tender chicken, creamy cheese, and savory mushrooms.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
