- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add the sliced mushrooms on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
