  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  5. Add the butter and let it melt, stirring to coat the steak bites.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
