Skillet Garlic Butter Shrimp & Sirloin Bites: A Must-Try!

A delicious and quick dish featuring succulent shrimp and tender sirloin bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sirloin bites and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the sirloin from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Return the sirloin to the skillet and toss everything together to combine.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice before serving.
  • Serve over rice or pasta for a complete meal.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic according to your preference.
