Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

Indulge in creamy Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups, featuring tender lasagna noodles wrapped around a rich seafood filling and smothered in Alfredo sauce.

  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles (No-boil)
  • 1 lb Shrimp (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Crab Meat (lump or imitation)
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 15 oz Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 cup Extra Cheese (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the noodles in salted water (if not using no-boil), then lay them flat to cool.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in a non-stick skillet with olive oil until fragrant.
  4. Prepare the seafood mix by combining shrimp, crab, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, sautéed garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Assemble each lasagna noodle with a spoonful of seafood filling and roll up.
  6. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, arrange rolled noodles, and drizzle with remaining sauce.
  7. Add the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing the filling and rolling the noodles a day in advance. Store in the fridge until ready to bake.
