  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (optional)
  • Optional: Drizzle teriyaki sauce or spicy mayo for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Fluff and keep warm.
  2. Season the warm rice with rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and sugar. Mix gently.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the pan, sprinkle with soy sauce and chili flakes, and sauté until shrimp are pink.
