  • 2 cups mixed fresh vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-5 minutes until tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch, then pour over the beef and vegetables.
  6. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
