Quick Potsticker Stir Fry

A fast and flavorful stir fry featuring potstickers and a vibrant mix of fresh vegetables, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

  • 1 package Frozen Potstickers/Gyoza
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 8 oz White Button Mushrooms
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 large Carrot, shredded
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (Reduced-Sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar/Honey
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Vegetables: Wash and chop your broccoli, green beans, and carrot.
  2. Heat the Pan: Place your wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and olive oil; let them heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté the Onions and Mushrooms: Add sliced onions and mushrooms; cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add Remaining Vegetables: Toss in broccoli, green beans, and carrot; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Steam the Potstickers: Add frozen potstickers and 1/4 cup water. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes.
  6. Prepare the Sauce: Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger, cornstarch, and cold water in a bowl until smooth.
  7. Combine Everything: Uncover, pour the sauce over the stir-fry, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.

Notes

Prep vegetables ahead of time and store them in an airtight container. Customize with additional veggies or protein.
