Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter.
