  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • Cooked pasta or toasted rolls for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ricotta cheese, ground beef, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Simmer in marinara sauce in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the meatballs over pasta or in rolls and enjoy.
