Pumpkin Cream Cheese Danish: A Delicious Fall Treat!

A delightful pastry filled with creamy pumpkin and cream cheese, perfect for fall.

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal them.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes
