  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in the toffee bits and whipped topping until well combined.
  7. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate toffee bits.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
