- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, and Italian seasoning.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the pizza mixture onto the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Brush the outside of the burrito with olive oil.
- Place the burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet.
