Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake: Indulge in Bliss!

A rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of peanut butter and chocolate in a decadent cheesecake.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  11. Before serving, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the cheesecake.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
