  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the baguette into ½-inch slices and lay them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5-10 minutes until crisp and golden.
  4. Slice the peaches into thin wedges, discarding the pit.
  5. Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top with peach slices, creating a mosaic of colors.
  7. Drizzle with honey and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
