Instructions

  3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces. Roll each piece into a knot shape.
  8. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Melt remaining butter and mix with minced garlic. Brush over the knots.
