Oven-Baked Zucchini Chips

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about 1/8 of an inch thick.
  3. Mix the parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Prep the baking sheet with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the zucchini slices on the baking sheet in a single layer without overlapping.
  6. Add the seasoning mixture over the zucchini slices evenly.
  7. Bake for 1-2 hours, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
