One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A delightful one-pan dish combining savory kielbasa, honey, garlic, and colorful veggies for a wholesome meal.

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the bell peppers, slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces, and wash the baby potatoes and carrots.
  2. Heat Your Skillet: Add olive oil to your skillet over medium heat and allow it to warm up.
  3. Cook the Kielbasa: Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and brown on each side for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the Veggies: Toss in the baby potatoes, bell peppers, and baby carrots, stirring occasionally.
  5. Create the Glaze: Mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl, then pour over the skillet.
  6. Simmer & Stir: Cover lightly and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Finish Off: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley or green onions, and serve!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the cooking time based on how tender you want your vegetables. Add red pepper flakes for a kick!
