No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Pie That You’ll Love!

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake pie featuring a crunchy pretzel crust, creamy salted caramel filling, and topped with whipped cream.

  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold in the salted caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture into the pretzel crust and spread evenly.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, top with additional whipped cream and sprinkle with sea salt.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade salted caramel sauce.
