No-Bake Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake: A Heavenly Delight!

A rich and creamy no-bake chocolate caramel cheesecake that combines the flavors of chocolate and caramel for a delightful dessert experience.

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  7. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
  8. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture on top and smooth the surface.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Before serving, drizzle additional caramel sauce on top.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cookies for the crust.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for convenience.
