  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly over the cheesecake.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
