A delicious and easy-to-make slow cooker recipe for Crack Chicken that is perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the cream cheese and seasoning.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
